How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Every order ships free via Aramex, with tracking sent to your email as soon as it leaves our warehouse. Most major centres see it in 2–4 working days; outlying areas can take a little longer.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Try it on your next trip. If it's not for you, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort a refund or exchange — no interrogation required.
Do I need batteries or a special charger?
No batteries needed. The pump has a built-in rechargeable cell and comes with its own USB cable, so any phone charger or power bank tops it up.
Will it actually fit my clothes / which size do I use?
Every set comes with a mix of 24″, 26″, and 30″ bags — the small ones for underwear and tees, the large ones for jackets and jerseys. Most people mix and match sizes within one packing session.
Are the bags reusable, or is this single-use?
Fully reusable. Rinse them out if needed, let them air dry, and they're ready for the next trip — hundreds of pack-downs before they wear out.
How long do the bags stay compressed?
Once sealed, they hold until you open the valve again. Airline cargo holds and cabin pressure changes don't loosen the seal.
Won't sealing my clothes wrinkle them?
Fold rather than scrunch before sealing and you'll get less creasing than cramming a bag shut by hand. Structured items like blazers are the one thing we'd still pack the old-fashioned way.
Is checkout secure?
Yes — checkout runs on Shopify's payment infrastructure, the same system used by major retailers worldwide, with full encryption on every transaction.
Can I take these on a plane?
The bags themselves are fine in checked or carry-on luggage. The pump has a small built-in battery, so like any power bank or electric toothbrush, keep it in your carry-on rather than checked baggage.
