Delivery area

We currently deliver anywhere within South Africa.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order, nationwide, via CourierIT and The Courier Guy.

Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within [insert number, e.g. 1–2] business days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order ships, including a tracking link.

Delivery timelines

• Major centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and other metro areas): approximately 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• Outlying and rural areas: please allow a few extra days beyond the above.

These are estimates, not guarantees — factors outside our control (courier delays, load-shedding, extreme weather, public holidays) can occasionally push delivery times out.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress with our courier.

If something goes wrong

If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at info@lugroom.co.za with your order number and we'll investigate with our courier and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

Public holidays

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
